My Family!!! <3
Tiffany- I was just barely a year old when my little
sister Tiffany was born. Since we were so close in age, our mom would dress us
alike and of course, we were always asked, “Are you twins?” Once we grew up a
little and were able to choose our own styles, we weren’t really asked that
question anymore. We haven’t always seen eye to eye but no matter what we are
always have each other’s back. She is no longer living at home and now lives in
Bellingham while attending Western Washington University! I love you, Tiffany
Dea Marie!
Lewis – Lewis and I are five years apart. He has been through
a lot in the 18 years he has been alive for. He was born two weeks early and
then some of the amniotic fluid went down in his mouth so he was rushed to NUCI
as soon as he was born. Since he was
born in Las Vegas, his nickname is Nugget. He has been some through bad stuff,
but once he realized what he would lose and what everyone else was going through
with him, he changed his life around majorly. We don’t always get along but I love
him to death!
Kaylei – I met Kaylei in Girl Scouts in 1998. She was
one of the four original girls in the troop. We became very close while in the
troop. We went to each other’s homecomings in 2007 and in 2008 I was her second
date to her senior homecoming. Before my homecoming in 2007, my mom and Kaylei
were in a bad car accident, thank god no one was seriously injured. In 2009, my
boyfriend of a year and a half broke up she was with me when it happened. If it
wasn’t for her, I would’ve been a bigger mess than I was. We have had our ups
and downs but I don’t know what I would do without her! I love you Kaylei
Michelle! <3
Jaida- I have known Jaida since fourth grade. She was a
new student at the beginning of the year at Lea Hill Elementary. We were
trouble makers when we were together. We got in trouble once by spreading a
rumor about a girl. Once we started middle school, we lost touch. But in 2011 I
found her on Facebook and we started talking a little but lost touch again. In
December 2012, I sent her another friend request. We have been talking since J She is a single mama
to the cutest little boy. I’m so honored to call her one of my best friends and
my sister!
Monica – I met Monica through our old friend Breanna. We
became friends fast and of course, Breanna did not like it as she called it
Monica was taking her “best friend” away from her. We can go days without
talking and then pick up one day like we did talk those few days we didn’t. If it wasn’t for her and her boyfriend Josh (now
husband) took me in when I was having troubles with my ex-roommate, I would’ve
been living a different and rough life right now. I will be forever grateful for them for
letting me move in when they did. The two of them would not let me go to that
apartment by myself. She also is the mother to my niece Clara Kay! I love them!!!
Kassandra – I first met Kassandra at Taco Time where she
was a new employee. At first, I will admit I did not like her. But once I got
to know her more, I liked her more and more. She was there for me when I was
having roommate problems, I wouldn’t have made it without her. Whenever we hang
out, we always have fun and mini adventures like racing against guys or getting
lost somewhere! I was honored when she wanted me to go with her to go and get
pregnancy tests at the store with her. And now I’m an gonna be an auntie to my
1st nephew, Ryland Lawrence! I love you sweetie!
Kimberlei – I met Kimberlei when her daughter Kaylei
joined our Girl Scout troop. It wasn’t until a year after we started the troop
that she became our co-leader for it. She has taught me so many things I couldn’t
have learned from my parents. She is my other mama and I am her daughter. I don’t
know what I would be if I didn’t have without her, Kaylei, Xander, and Wyatt in
my life! I love them all! <3
Aunt Dawn and Uncle Chris- One of my heroes has always
been my Uncle Chris. We haven’t always been the closet but ever since he met
and married my Aunt Dawn, he has grown up so much and we are talking a lot more
than we did when he moved to Florida! Even though I have not met my aunt, I
love her soo much and I love when we talk even though it not all the time! Since
they got married, I now have four cousins instead of just having one. I love
you guys soo much and I’m glad to have you as my aunt and uncle! <3
Aunt Donna- I have known my Aunt Donna my whole life,
but I have once met her once in my life and that was when we went down to
California to go to Disneyland for my birthday/graduation present in 2008. She is
a tough woman and I am so honored to call her my aunt. She has RA, Crohn's
disease, has had a shoulder replaced but lives her life like she doesn’t have
anything wrong with her. I love you soo much Aunt Donna! <3
